| When sleeping, just born babies have very long light sleep periods. During this light sleep period, the babies normally moan, move and may have muscle reflexes. If you think that the baby is about to wake up, and in order to avoid this, you swing the cradle or touch or caress him, this stimulus can alter the sleep and as from this time on, every time the baby be about to wake up, he will need the same stimulus to go on with the sleep. That is why, when the baby starts to wake up only once in the night, to be fed up, it is a good moment to start with the treatment I suggest you. |
