Does the baby fall asleep in his parents' bed and when he is taken to the cradle, does he wake up every 2/3 hours?

    Diagnose:
Night learnt awakening and separation anxiety

Sleeping a baby in arms or in his parents bed is the easiest way to make him fall asleep, and when you take the baby to his cradle, he will not wake up, since he is deeply asleep. But what you are really achieving is that after this, he will wake up every 3 hours.
Why does the baby wake up in the night? Does it harm my baby if I leave him crying?
