Alteration of the sleep hygiene

Your baby has learnt to sleep later and later, because you taught him to do this. Your baby does not know what is right or what is wrong, he only learns from you, and what you do is the correct thing for him. If every night you play with him in your bed, watch t.v., hold him and play, for him this is, of course, the best moment of the day, and therefore he will go on asking for this moment of joy, and day after day he will go to sleep later, and will not understand when you are angry and reprove his denial to sleep.
